These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ProposalFast.ai, including our website, applications, and related services. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using ProposalFast.ai on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.

You may not use the service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if your account has been suspended or terminated by ProposalFast.ai.

You may use ProposalFast.ai only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You may not use the service to create unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or misleading content, or to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use of the service presents a security risk, violates these Terms, or could cause harm to ProposalFast.ai, our customers, or third parties.

You retain ownership of the content, data, and materials you submit to the service, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, and display that content as necessary to provide ProposalFast.ai.

AI-generated outputs may require your review before use. You are responsible for validating proposal content, pricing, legal language, deliverables, and any commitments made to your clients.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize ProposalFast.ai or our payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges using your selected payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement.

ProposalFast.ai may support document delivery, electronic signatures, analytics, and payment workflows through integrated third-party services. Your use of those features may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of electronic signature, proposal, invoicing, and payment features complies with the laws and regulations that apply to your business and clients.

ProposalFast.ai and all related software, branding, content, and technology are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the service except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written consent.

ProposalFast.ai is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProposalFast.ai will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to ProposalFast.ai if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continued access could create legal or security risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, payment obligations, and dispute resolution, will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. In some cases, we may also provide additional notice.

Your continued use of ProposalFast.ai after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
